The Challenge
Legendary Marina & Yacht Club is located in Destin, FL. The organization sought a local marketing agency that could help them plan, promote and execute their groundbreaking ceremony to unveil the Water Way Village West Development Phase One of the master plans to the public.
Our Solution
We executed a strategic plan to promote the groundbreaking ceremony which included incorporating data analysis and feedback mechanisms to measure the campaign's effectiveness and made necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Public Relations
Our team worked closely with their marketing director to develop a press kit that included details of the development along with a plot outlining the proposed businesses and amenities for Phase One.
Red Door utilized its close connections with City Leaders, and local and regional media outlets to promote this event while educating the public about the progress both the city and developer have planned for the area.
On the day of the event, our team coordinated the events of the day while working with both the company and city representative to ensure all were included in the ceremony.
Following the event, a press release was sent out to all media outlets recapping the day and including statements from the speakers and representatives of both the company and city officials.
Videography
Videography involved capturing footage of the ceremony, including speeches, the groundbreaking, and other important moments. The footage is then polished into the video that showcases the event and promotes the marina's brand.
